About My Clients
Do you go from feeling nothing to everything all at once, like your emotions take over before you have a chance to slow things down? I work with people who have been shaped by past wounds, complicated relationships, or experiences that taught them to protect themselves in ways that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll begin to understand those patterns at their root—not just manage symptoms, but actually make sense of why you feel and react the way you do.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is active, direct, and collaborative. I work closely with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, particularly in the areas of relationships, emotional regulation, and self-worth. I have extensive experience working with individuals who experience intense emotions, including those with borderline personality traits, and I focus on helping clients build insight, increase distress tolerance, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative. It’s not just a place to talk—it’s a space where real insight, accountability, and change can happen. I aim to inspire and support clients to feel empowered enough to create change for themselves. I offer a balance of compassion and directness, creating an environment where you feel safe to be honest while also being challenged to grow. I aim to create balance in my own life through yoga, hiking and meditation. Let's work together to find your own sense of balance.
