I support singles and individuals in relationships, including young adults and adults, who experience relational anxiety, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, or self-doubt. You might feel stuck in repeating patterns or lose your sense of self trying to please others. I help you build secure and aligned relationships with yourself and others through self-discovery and healing.
My Background and Approach
I am compassionate, personable and I enjoy bringing humor to therapy (when appropriate). I utilize a strength-based approach and draw from various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Attachment Theory, among others. My focus is for you to feel seen, heard, understood and empowered. I provide a safe space where you can be yourself, be vulnerable and confidentially share your struggles without being judged. We will work together to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your values, and your goals. We’ll explore underlying causes of your symptoms and behavior patterns that are impacting your life and relationships. We will collaborate in developing a plan tailored to your needs to help to help you reach your goals and create the life you want to live. Therapy sessions are weekly or bi-weekly, based on your individual needs.
