I work with adults who feel pulled in many directions and want a steadier way to manage daily stress. Many of my clients are dealing with long-standing anxiety, difficulty staying organized, or patterns of putting themselves last. Some are navigating medical issues, caregiving roles, or family strain and need a space to sort through everything without feeling judged.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) with experience supporting adults dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, burnout, and executive-function challenges that affect day-to-day life. Many of the people I work with feel capable in some areas but exhausted, stressed, or scattered in others, and they want a place to sort through it without judgment. My therapy style is grounded, direct, and evidence-based, integrating CBT, ACT, DBT, and interpersonal approaches. I help clients understand unhelpful patterns, reduce anxiety, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen routines, planning, and follow-through. Clients often say they appreciate the mix of practical strategies and supportive conversation, therapy that’s structured when needed, flexible when life is messy, and always collaborative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life. I care about helping people who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in patterns of worry or self-criticism. I value honesty, steadiness, and creating a space where clients can slow down, understand what’s getting in the way, and build skills that make daily life feel more manageable. I’m especially committed to supporting people dealing with chronic stress, health issues, or caregiving roles. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family, being outdoors, and ongoing learning that strengthens my clinical work.
