About My Clients

As a therapist to children, I can help children build self esteem, increase their coping skills, decrease angry or anxious behaviors, and nurture their creativity. As a therapist to individuals, I can help clients decrease anxiety and depression symptoms, work through difficult periods in their lives, and cultivate hope for their future. There's no better time than the present to start making positive changes. The first step is to call and find out if I'm the right fit for you!

My Background and Approach

I received a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University. I use a combination of person-centered, strength based, and creative evidence based interventions to meet clients where they are at and assist them in meeting their goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in helping empower each of my clients to change the trajectory of their lives at any point, no matter how long they’ve been moving in the same direction.
