Many of us have been through a hard and highly emotional time over the last few years. Are you having difficulty managing the resulting anxiety or fear? What I have learned is that in the midst of the hard things that life throws at us, ultimately we want to be seen, heard, and accepted.

I work with individual adults, helping them discover insight and self-awareness, set personal goals, ease life transitions, process and heal from traumatic experiences, and build resilience. If you are my client, I will see, hear, and accept you - human to human. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental and supportive.
