About My Clients

Do you feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the memories of past trauma that still echo into your daily life? Maybe you find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to trust your emotions, or feeling disconnected from the people you care about. Whether you’re an individual trying to regain your sense of self, a young person navigating big emotions, a family searching for healthier communication, or a member of the LGBTQ+ community looking for a safe, affirming space—you’re not alone

My Background and Approach

I specialize in supporting individuals, youth, families, and LGBTQ+ clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your mind won’t slow down, when sadness becomes heavy, or when old wounds keep resurfacing. In our work together, I help you explore what’s beneath the surface, build meaningful coping skills, and reconnect with your strengths. My approach blends compassion, clarity, and evidence-based tools to help you feel grounded, empowered, and capable of real change. You deserve a space where you feel understood—and I look forward to helping you step into healing with confidence and support.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My values are grounded in compassion, equity, and creating spaces where every person feels safe, respected, and fully seen. I’m committed to affirming and supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and I actively stand with movements that advocate for justice, dignity, and the protection of Black lives. I believe in using my voice—and my work—to uplift marginalized communities and challenge systems that cause harm. Showing up matters, and I do my best to show up in ways that are meaningful, whether that’s through advocacy, community involvement, or offering a therapeutic space where people from all backgrounds feel welcome. Like many people, I’ve had my own journey through anxiety, self-doubt, and learning how to navigate overwhelming emotions. Through my own healing, I discovered my strength, my voice, and the tools that allow me to live with more grounding and freedom. I bring that experience—both personal and professional—into the room with clients, to remind you that change is real.
