About My Clients
I work with adults and couples. I love working with adults on the autism spectrum. I also work with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, and many other challenges. I believe you have it within you to grow and to change. I am there to guide therapy and listen with an empathetic ear.
My Background and Approach
I will provide you tools that are necessary to deal with many challenges. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I will work collaboratively with you to address your challenges and help you to begin to heal. I am trained in many different approaches including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and CPT. I am always learning so that I can grow and meet the needs of my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can change and grow. If you have been thinking about counseling, now is the perfect time to start! I can also provide faith-based counseling. I believe you can unlearn unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I do not discriminate against anyone. I believe counseling should be a judgment-free environment.
