About My Clients
I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed. With all the uncertainty in the world today, it is no wonder you are struggling to juggle everything life throws your way. In these difficult times, it is common to turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as emotional eating, over sleeping, and becoming socially withdrawn. As an LCSW specializing in anxiety disorders, as well as emotional eating, I can help you to align your mind and body to nourish your vision of becoming the best version of you.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a health coaching certification with a specialization in Emotional Eating from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Utilizing the knowledge and skills I have gained over the years, I have combined my passions for mental and physical health, to work with my clients to change both their minds and their bodies.
