About My Clients

Most people seek therapy during an important life transition, or when the life you want isn't compatible with the way your life currently is. I work with individuals and couples in all stages of life who want to develop self-awareness, engage emotions and emotional conflicts, or otherwise explore how the benefits of therapy can lead to a more fulfilling life.

My Background and Approach

My work focuses on a psychodynamic approach, which means I believe in treating the whole person in long-term therapy. Wholistic therapy looks different for each client, and I consider get to know my clients well to be the most important part of early sessions. As sessions continue, new issues and concepts will emerge that we can explore together throughout sessions, at your pace. I encourage you to contact me for a consultation call to get more feedback about your specific questions.
