About My Clients
My clients are individuals and couples navigating trauma, psychosis, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. Many come feeling disconnected or uncertain about how to move forward. Together, we build understanding, strengthen relationships, and explore new ways of healing—creating space for balance, connection, and personal growth.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist (LLMSW) at Michigan Integrated Therapies, I provide outpatient therapy for individuals (ages 13+) and couples. My approach integrates Attachment Theory, the Gottman Method, CBT, Hakomi, and Motivational Interviewing. These methods help clients recognize patterns, deepen connection, and build resilience. I specialize in trauma recovery, psychosis-informed support, and relational healing. My work is trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and grounded in compassion and curiosity. Whether processing painful experiences or navigating relationship stress, I strive to offer both clarity and comfort—helping clients reconnect with themselves and others in meaningful ways.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins when we understand our story with compassion and use that insight to create change. Growth happens through both understanding and connection—when we feel safe enough to explore and supported enough to grow. I see therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, awareness, and courage. My goal is to create a grounded, steady space where clients feel heard and empowered to live with authenticity, balance, and purpose. Healing takes courage, and no one should have to do it alone. Together, we can find clarity, meaning, and confidence to move forward.
