About My Clients
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. I’m especially experienced in supporting people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals, and offer a safe, affirming space for healing, growth, and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University, where I completed over 300 practicum hours working primarily with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. I'm excited to begin this meaningful work and bring a fresh perspective, deep empathy, and genuine dedication to every session. My approach is eclectic, tailored to your unique needs, and focused on helping you understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Therapy will be a space where you feel supported, challenged, and never alone in the process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change in their life. I've always been the friend people turn to during tough times, and I’ve learned that sometimes what we need most is to feel truly heard—and to get a little nudge forward when we're stuck. I value personal growth, both in myself and in the people I work with, and I’m passionate about helping clients build the kind of life that feels true to them. There’s good in everyone, and I see therapy as a space where you can reconnect with that part of yourself, gain insight, and walk away with tools that continue to serve you long after our work together ends.
