At Be The Change Counseling Services, we work with children (8+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, stress, and personal growth. We provide a supportive, inclusive environment where clients can build coping skills, gain insight, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. Services are available in-person and through telehealth.
My Background and Approach
At Be The Change Counseling Services, we are committed to providing compassionate, client-centered mental health care for children, teens, and adults. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. We draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and other trauma-informed approaches. We believe meaningful change happens through a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to develop insight, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
