About My Clients
I specialize in working with a variety of mental health diagnosis inclusive of Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Depression, etc. as well providing parenting support to parents/guardians of adolescents that may be going through different life transitions. I primarily utilize strengths based, person centered and Solution Focused therapeutic modalities.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from University of Central Florida in 2013 with a Masters in Social Work. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Work with 9 years of working with different demographics inclusive of multitude of mental health diagnosis. I collaborate with you to help break down any barriers, build boundaries, equipping you with healthy coping skills, identifying triggers and much more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a safe and comfortable space to share all feelings, thoughts, emotions etc without fear of judgement. My goal is to help you achieve your identified goals. You are the driver of the vehicle, and I am merely a passenger here to help support you on your journey.
