About My Clients
I support children, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck, often due to past stressful or difficult experiences. Many clients are navigating school or work stress, relationship challenges, identity development, or major life transitions and want practical tools to manage emotions and reduce anxiety. I provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space focused on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and confidence.
My Background and Approach
I am Ericka Biggs, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and stress related to life transitions, school or work demands, and relationship challenges. My clinical background allows me to understand how past experiences impact emotional well-being and daily functioning. I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and increase self-awareness. My goal is to help clients feel supported, gain confidence, and develop practical tools they can use to better manage emotions, navigate relationships, and feel more in control of their lives.
