About My Clients
I know how it feels to feel worried all the time, stressed about your future, and to struggle with self-esteem. I pride myself on helping individuals ages, 5-24 years old, in learning ways to cope with anxiety, develop more self-confidence, and plan better for the future. Life is very different now, and it is important that we all have the outlets and the supports needed to process our thoughts, feelings, and curb undesirable behaviors. Let's create the life that's best for you and your family!
My Background and Approach
My job is to tailor my sessions to what is best for the individual I am working with. For over five years, I have grown relationships with clients from 5 years of age to 25 years of age. I also work to help parents understand their child through coaching and collateral sessions. Whether I am working with a child, a teen or a young adult, I make sure to prioritize a trusting and meaningful relationship first and foremost. For parents, I provide support and resources through parent coaching sessions on an as needed basis. I pride myself on tuning into my individual clients' needs, while also strengthening the family system. I am confident and passionate about my work. I truly love being a therapist.

I believe that therapy is for everyone. Therapy gives us the chance to work through our trauma and grow as people. I look forward to compassionately supporting you or your child on your journey of healing and growth. I believe in you and your child’s ability to grow into the most authentic version of yourselves, and to create a more whole and happy life.
