My Background and Approach
We all need a little help sometimes. In a world where outward perfection is often valued more than inner peace, it is easy to get lost. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who can help you heal from the inside out by addressing your mind, body and spirit. I have over a decade of experience counseling clients of all abilities and often incorporate brain-based education into my practice. It is my belief that once you understand how your mind works, you can better manage the thoughts, feelings and choices blocking your progress. In addition to offering traditional talk therapy, I offer Walk and Talk sessions. It is well proven that walking provides numerous benefits to our mind and body by calming the nervous system and improving brain function.
