About My Clients
Do you find yourself feeling misunderstood quite often? Or feelings as if you have no place in the world. I know exactly how you feel. This is a cold and lonely feeling. You have a difficult time making decisions for yourself. You lack confidence in your abilities. You find managing life and relationships to be exhausting. You are depressed, anxious, and do not know who you are. I look forward to hearing about your journey and helping you work through establishing purpose and meaning.
My Background and Approach
Since feeling heard is a challenge for many, in my approach I tend to listen, empathize, and relate to my clients to make the theraputic process feel as authentic as possible. I tend to utilize an eclectic approach in therapy sessions, because it very informal and allows room for flexibility. In addition, it focuses more on the needs of clients at a given moment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no two individuals are exactly there same, therefore the therapy experience should never be a "one size fit all" journey. It should be a tailor-made experience that results in each person's unique outcome and desired path to making healthy life decisions. Though life changes could raise challenges at times, it is important to understand that self-maintenance is an ongoing process and learning opportunity that will only promote growth and strength to adjust to any challenges that may come your way.
