About My Clients
I help individuals and couples navigate stress, anxiety, negative patterns, and relational challenges. Together, we use practical, evidence-based, and skills-based strategies to break negative patterns, clarify goals, and create a path toward healthier habits, meaningful progress, and restored hope.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients in a collaborative and interactive way, tailoring my approach to each person’s unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients make practical, sustainable changes in their lives. For those who desire a faith-based perspective, I integrate a Christian framework alongside evidence-based strategies, while also providing secular counseling for clients who prefer a non-religious approach. My goal is to equip clients with the tools and skills to thrive, create meaningful change, and strengthen their relationships, all within a safe, supportive space where they feel accepted and understood. I have my degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy from Pepperdine University. I've provided mental health counseling for the past 6 years.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m guided by values of faith, integrity, and intentional living, which shape how I show up for clients. My belief in the inherent worth and potential of every person informs a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change.
