About My Clients
Through their work with me they will walk away with a better understanding of themselves. I believe that they really do have the answers and know how best to make the necessary changes in their lives. Sometimes, though, those answers are trapped and children can feel that they are unheard which can lead to behavioral problems and isolation. My entire career has been dedicated to working with children to ensure the best possible outcomes.
My Background and Approach
I utilize CBT, Play Therapy and EMDR to achieve the goals we have set out together. Seeking professional help can be a very humbling experience and I believe it is my job to not lead you on the journey but to walk beside you and your family
