About My Clients
You've been holding it together for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck. Maybe you're struggling with depression, imposter syndrome, communication issues, or a relationship that just doesn't feel the same anymore. Whether you're navigating life as a Black woman trying to balance it all, or a couple trying to reconnect, therapy can be a space where you finally exhale, feel heard, and start showing up for yourself differently.
My Background and Approach
My approach is solution-focused, honest, and supportive, with active coaching that helps you work through challenges in real time. I will call you out, warmly and without judgment, and coach you in real time. In sessions, we name the pattern, work the actual problem, and yes, we laugh. Therapy with me is specific for Black women like us who want change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing, growth, and change are possible at any stage of life. No matter where you come from or what you've experienced, I don't believe there is a limit to a person's ability to learn, evolve, and create a life that feels more fulfilling. Many of the challenges we face are connected to experiences, beliefs, and behaviors we've learned over time. The good news is that what has been learned can also be unlearned, reshaped, and replaced with healthier ways of thinking, communicating, and living. As a Black woman, mother, therapist, and entrepreneur, I understand the pressures that come with balancing multiple roles while still trying to care for yourself. I am deeply connected to my family, friends, and the people I love. I enjoy traveling, relaxing, laughing, and creating meaningful experiences. My goal is to help you not only overcome obstacles but also create lives that feel peaceful, connected, and authentic.
