About My Clients
I have extensive experience working with children and teens ranging from 7-18. I also work with young adults, parents, and families. Most of my clients are working through feelings that they want to understand and learn to manage. This includes anxiety, depression, panic, inconsistent moods, etc.
My Background and Approach
My focus is to help my clients identify their roadblocks, develop the tools necessary to solve those problems, and guide them as they utilize these tools in their daily life. I provide a supportive and nonjudgemental environment that is focused on empathy and positivity. I work with all age groups, but have much experience with children and young adults.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It's not easy to stay in the moment when we are focused on the past and anxiety provoking thoughts regarding the future. I'm on your side and would be happy to work with you through these roadblocks. I look forward to meeting you, listening to you, and guiding you on the path toward reaching your goals! I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults understand and navigate life by understanding their feelings and working on the tools they need in order to do so.
