About My Clients
I support women to reduce their anxiety and/or depression symptoms due to their life stressors. Are you overwhelmed or feel burnt out in your job or in life? Exhausted and anxious? Do you experience low self-esteem and negative self-talk? I can support you in resolving your life stressors in order to relieve anxiety, rise up from feeling overwhelmed, improve your self-esteem, and end negative coping strategies (i.e. alcohol, cannabis).
My Background and Approach
I have over a decade of experience working with clients to resolve feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and hopelessness. Erica takes a self-compassion/self-love approach with clients in order to guide them toward identifying and building on their strengths. Erica's mission is to help clients feel self-empowered and realize their personal and life goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and I serve as a guide throughout the healing process. I will provide structure and coping strategies that are based on each client’s self-knowledge and expertise. I am goal-oriented and like to work toward clearly defined therapy goals that we check in on weekly.
