My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, teens and adolescents, life transitions, marital conflict, infertility and pregnancy loss. I have received extensive training and certifications in evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Managing and Adapting Practices. I utilize a cognitive behavioral and solution-focused approach to help you reach your treatment goals and feel better. I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
