I have been working in the mental health field since 2011 and have been practicing as an outpatient therapist since 2015. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and received my Pennsylvania license in 2018. Over the course of my training I have worked in outpatient treatment settings, crisis counseling, and inpatient hospitalization, which has given me exposure to various mental health issues and diagnoses.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, building off of foundations in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based practice. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and maternal mental health. I enjoy taking a collaborative approach to therapy and having the opportunity to connect with people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives and helping to recreate the sense of wholeness that has been missing.
