My Background and Approach
SHIFRA is a unique Jewish support network that assists pregnant Jewish mothers during times of hardship. We offer emotional and practical assistance during pregnancy and parenthood. SHIFRA serves women throughout the United States and English speakers outside of Israel. If pregnancy was not in your plans, we are here for you. If you planned your pregnancy and then had a big upheaval, such as a job loss or a split, you can turn to SHIFRA. SHIFRA can help you get over the unanticipated pregnancy crisis and prepare for your future.
