About My Clients
Does it feel like you’re always on edge, feeling anxious, stressed, irritated, annoyed or scared. Seems like you don’t know why you’re feeling this way. It happens so fast we tend to not notice why it is happening. EMDR, or a holistic approach is a modality I will utilize to support you in understanding your emotions and yourself better.
My Background and Approach
My approach is different with each person. Depending on the stressors, I will assess the best possible approach. Building trust and connection to allow you to feel safe and guide you to your healing. We will practice tools that you can utilize outside of therapy. My goal for you is to be able to build confidence and improve your stressors. I believe that in therapy, we will go through a transformation process in which you transition to a healthier you.
