I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, OCD, PTSD, women's issues, and various relational & intimacy issues. People who frequently gravitate to me are those who find themself in roles of service, helpers & healers.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in relational attachment trauma through a social justice lens. I use Somatic-based modalities and Internal Family Systems, to heal traumatic memory/ experiences through repairing your connection with self and others. I have seen the profound impact from my own healing it has on being able to heal generational wounds, interrupt patterns of dis-embodiedment, and self-abandonment. The therapeutic space will provide you an opportunity to connect and understand multiple parts of your experience to more fully heal who you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe strongly in the value of honoring where you are at and gently guiding you on your journey. I believe in the intrinsic body wisdom that every body has, and aspire to create a safe space of reconnection to it for healing. This is a safe space for all bodies, cultures, ethnicities, race, gender, size and socio-economic class (option to request sliding scale).
