About My Clients
You spend your days attuning to others — holding emotional complexity, managing crises, supporting healing, and tending to the needs of those around you, often while running on empty yourself. As a therapist specializing in therapy for therapists, social workers, and other helping professionals, I understand how easy it can be to lose touch with your own inner world while remaining deeply responsive to everyone else’s.
My Background and Approach
From a psychodynamic and relational perspective, these struggles are often more than burnout alone. They can reflect deeply rooted relational patterns, unconscious expectations, and early emotional experiences that shape how you care for others while neglecting your own needs. Many helping professionals find themselves organized around being the dependable caretaker, often at the expense of their own emotional wellbeing, authenticity, and sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe strongly in the value of honoring where you are at and gently guiding you on your journey. I believe in the intrinsic body wisdom that every body has, and aspire to create a safe space of reconnection to it for healing. This is a safe space for all bodies, cultures, ethnicities, race, gender, size and socio-economic class (option to request sliding scale).
