About My Clients
My clients are often members of the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, or neurodivergent individuals navigating a world not built for them. Whether you are moving through a major life transition, managing anxiety, or looking to deepen your self-understanding, you are welcome here.
How I Can Help You
I offer a warm, virtual sanctuary where we use art as a bridge to the things words can’t always reach. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, meaning I prioritize your safety and honor the unique way your brain works. We move at your pace, never pushing past what feels comfortable. In our sessions, we might use drawing, painting, or imagery to explore your inner world. This process isn’t about making "good" art, it’s about externalizing what’s inside so we can look at it together. This creative path helps quiet the inner critic, process difficult memories, and reconnect you with your intuition. As a Pennsylvania-based therapist, I provide a consistent, and safe space for those looking for more accessible options. Together, we will work to build your emotional resilience and self-empowerment. I’m not just here to listen; I’m here to collaborate with you on a journey toward feeling seen, supported, and whole.
Social Justice Issues I Care About
*LGBTQIA+ Rights: Providing a truly affirming space where your identity is celebrated, not just "tolerated." *Gender Affirming Care: Supporting your right to live authentically and access the care you need. *Equality & Women’s Rights: Recognizing how systemic power structures impact mental health and autonomy. *Anti-Racism: Committed to ongoing learning and dismantling white supremacy within the mental health field. *Neurodiversity Acceptance: Moving away from "pathologizing" differences and toward honoring varied ways of being.
