About My Clients
I work with clients struggling with depression, and/or anxiety related to trauma or challenges with relationships or family. I have advanced ADHD training. I provide a variety of modalities to work with your unique needs to tailor a treatment plan around you. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month of regular appointments and sustained improvement thereafter.
My Background and Approach
I have over 26 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families. I am licensed in FL and have additional advanced training in ADHD Life Coaching. I am EMDR certified. I am trained in Internal Family Systems IFS and in the process of advanced training.
