About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or past experiences keep you feeling stuck. I provide a warm, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, heal old patterns, and build the tools to create meaningful, lasting change. Using an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies, I tailor treatment to your unique needs so you can feel more connected, resilient, and empowered.
My Background and Approach
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctorate Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, sex & couples therapy, family therapy, gender/identity issues, and relational/attachment work. I hold certifications in Somatic Experiencing therapy, Sex & Couples therapy, Applied Polyvegal Thoery, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR. I integrate psychodynamic, somatic experiencing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to empower clients with the awareness, insights, and skills necessary to unlock their potential and achieve the lives they desire. As someone who has been on this journey myself, my passion and purpose is to guide others down this path.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself. We are all capable of meaningful, lasting change and therapy is a space that can support that.
