About My Clients
I have worked with clients in the Latinx community and have provided therapy in Spanish. I also have a certification in working with eating disorders and have experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence.
My Background and Approach
My practice focuses on helping adults process and cope with anxiety, trauma, and body image concerns to develop a more positive sense of self. I utilize a trauma informed, collaborative, and client centered approach meaning that we work together to find tools that are specific for your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in working from a collaborative, strengths based, educational, and social justice/intersectional feminist/anti-racist/LGBTQ affirming perspective. The therapeutic relationship should be built on trust and unconditional positive regard to foster growth and positive change!
