About My Clients
Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, life changes/transitions, stress and/or not feeling like yourself. I aim towards shifting your mindset to achieve your goals. I specialize in helping moms and moms-to-be achieve balance and mental wellness. Whether you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, transitioning to motherhood or a seasoned mom, you may find yourself experiencing pre or postpartum mood changes.
My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years over psychotherapy experience. I have my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) given by PSI (Postpartum Support International) I am also certified in both CBT and DBT and I and a Certified Health and Life Coach.
