About My Clients
Anxiety and worry play a role in all of our lives. It can cause us feel stuck or make even the smallest decision seem impossible. You are not alone, many feel the same way everyday. Having children, parenting, illness, the loss of a loved one, divorce/relationship ending and changing jobs can all be sources of increased stress and worry. These stressors can impact our emotions causing our anxiety to become overwhelming.
My Background and Approach
My approach is to provide a warm, comfortable environment for open communication and be supportive to help guide you along the path to making the changes you seek in life and relationships. Emotions play a role in every relationship we have and every decision we make. Learning to manage emotions and control our thoughts is important to our mental health. My practice involves developing emotional intelligence which increases self awareness, empathy, and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I am mother of three who understands life can get busy and hard to juggle everything. Making time and space for yourself is one of the biggest gifts to give yourself and your family. A favorite aspect of the work I do is getting to learn and grow with my clients and being inspired even humbled by them in turn. If this sounds appealing to you, we may work well together.
