About My Clients
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with multiple populations from children, adolescents, adults, older adults and families in different settings who come from different social-economical backgrounds.
My Background and Approach
I provide an empathic and supportive, yet challenging therapeutic environment where the client can explore and confront difficult thoughts, feelings and life stressors to help he/she/they become empowered and meet their desired goal(s). I tend to implement a humanistic, strength-based and client-centered approach. I am culturally sensitive, down to earth, and committed to my clients' personal development/growth.
