About My Clients
My ideal client is someone feeling stuck, whether from anxiety, past trauma, or a big life change. They want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to what matters most in their life. Mostly, they’re looking for a safe space to talk, feel understood, and start taking small steps toward feeling better.
My Background and Approach
I help adults manage anxiety, work through past trauma, and navigate life’s changes with more ease. In our sessions, I focus on creating a supportive space where you can explore your challenges and discover practical ways to cope. I use a mix of ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT, tailoring each session to what works best for you. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face things alone. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk with you as you take steps toward feeling better. If you’re ready for support and a space to be heard, I’m here to help.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be honest about what they’re going through without judgment. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning adults who appear to have everything together on the outside while quietly struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or overwhelming stress. Therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. I value curiosity, compassion, and meeting people exactly where they are. My goal is to help clients better understand their minds, develop effective tools for managing anxiety and OCD, and build lives that feel more peaceful, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are. I believe change happens when people feel safe enough to be real, supported enough to try something new, and empowered enough to trust their own inner wisdom.
