About My Clients
I work with clients who come from many different backgrounds, and who have a wide variety of needs. I offer supports for adults or children/teens, for individuals, couples and/or families. I am a best clinical fit for those seeking to do targeted work to enrich their relationships and their lives with more depth and meaning, or to explore and address the root of their struggles. I provide clinical supervision to other therapists. I serve people living in the states of MA, RI, and VT & overseas.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with therapists/caregivers, LGBTQIA+, those looking for a deeper exploration, and those on a spiritual path of healing. I have a great deal of experience in interfaith spaces, and draw most from the theories of: family systems, IFS (parts work), psychodynamic, Jungian, narrative therapy, somatic, mindfulness, & EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe identity and your personal story as defined by you matters deeply in the therapy space. I hope to co-create a therapy process with you that is individualized, helpful, and most meaningful to what you are looking to work towards, together. I believe identity matters deeply in the therapy space, and it is critically important for me to strive to provide clients with intersectional, gender affirming, and culturally competent care.
