About My Clients

I offer warm, relational, and collaborative therapy to teens, adolescents, and young adults. I work together with clients to unravel negative thought patterns, tolerate overwhelming emotions, and to find a sense of confidence and self-esteem in your life outside the therapy room.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. This involves working mindfully to gain awareness of your mind and body to better communicate your emotions, understand your experience, and find a life worth living. I draw from a mindfulness perspective and use Dialectic Behavioral Therapy to help clients better manage stress, tolerate overwhelming emotions, and lower feelings of anxiety.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I welcome clients of all genders, all body sizes, and from all walks of life who are hoping to feel better and more alive. I work from a social justice lens, with oppression and marginalization in mind with all of my clients. I am compassionate and direct therapist who isn’t afraid to laugh. I believe it is possible to change our behavior, communicate our feelings and emotions, and live prosperous lives outside the therapy room.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
