About My Clients

I offer warm, relational, and collaborative therapy to Adult Individuals and Couples. I work together with clients to unravel negative thought patterns, shift codependent behaviors, and to find a sense of resilience and self-esteem throughout their journey.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is holistic, relational, and collaborative. This involves working experientially and in the moment to connect your mind, body, and spirit to access deeper parts of yourself, while staying trauma-informed, compassionate, and healing-centered. I draw from a mindfulness perspective and use behavioral therapy like DBT to help clients better manage stress, overwhelming emotions, and lower their anxiety.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I welcome clients of all genders, all body sizes, and from all walks of life who are hoping to feel better and more alive. I work from a social justice lens, with oppression and marginalization in mind with all of my clients. I am compassionate and direct therapist who isn’t afraid to laugh. I believe that we all have had traumas and have done our best to adapt, survive, and continue on - and that doesn't mean you have to suffer anymore.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
