About My Clients

You might be here because something in your relationship or within yourself doesn’t feel the way it used to. Maybe communication feels harder than it should. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition that’s left you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next. Or maybe things aren’t “bad,” but you know they could feel closer, calmer, or more aligned. I work with adults and couples who want more than just coping. They want to understand themselves and each other on a deeper level.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is experiential and rooted in nervous system awareness. That means we won’t just talk about what’s happening - we’ll gently explore how it shows up in your body, your reactions, and your relationships. Together, we’ll notice patterns as they happen in real time, build awareness of your responses, and practice new ways of relating that feel more grounded and connected. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and paced in a way that helps you feel safe enough to actually create change. In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you communicate in ways that actually feel heard and understood, navigate life transitions with clarity and steadiness, understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and build emotional safety and connection in your relationships. For couples, this might look like slowing conversations down, learning how to repair after conflict, and creating a stronger foundation of trust. For individuals, it often means making sense of your internal world.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, not judged or “fixed.” Many of the challenges we face individually and in our relationships aren’t signs that something is wrong with us, but signals from our nervous system and lived experiences asking for attention and care. I view healing as a collaborative process - one that honors your pace, your story, and your capacity for growth, while helping you move toward deeper connection, clarity, and alignment. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, and I’ll meet you with curiosity, not judgment.
