About My Clients
My clients know that they want to make some changes, but are not always sure how to start! My background is in family systems therapy, so I know all about the patterns and behaviors that people can get stuck in, but I also know how to help you to get unstuck. I work a lot with ADHD, autism, and executive functioning clients and really enjoy helping people realize that they can do it, that they are capable, and that there is not anything wrong with them.
My Background and Approach
I have been in practice for 8 years. My background is in family systems therapy, working with families struggling to keep their children from being hospitalized or put into a group home situation. I have counseled in a community agency that serviced the LatinX community. The last 3 years, I have worked with almost exclusively with autistic individuals and their families. I have now moved to a practice that serves not only neurodiverse people of all ages, but allows me to use my skills to help people with anxiety, issues with self-esteem, stress around finances, etc...
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You matter. No matter what the "thing" is that society is telling you isn't okay, you will find a safe space here.
