About My Clients

When my clients first come in, they feel stuck, anxious, and uncomfortable in their own skin. They struggle to feel connected and confident in relationships with others and with themselves. They feel dissatisfied with where they are at in life and feel far from the vibrant life they imagine for themselves. They feel like they’re struggling to break free from limiting social norms. If you want to access your innate courage, cultivate liberation, and find peace I’m here for you. Reach out today.

My Background and Approach

There is courage and resilience within you that have helped to carry you to this place. We’ll work to reconnect you to those parts of yourself, so that you can feel courageous and resilient once more. I find that working beyond talk therapy with mind-body approaches can be powerful, and can help you uncover a felt sense of peace, courage, and healing. I approach healing from a whole-person and whole- system perspective that considers emotional, social, physical, ecological, and spiritual levels of being, and I work to create a collaborative experience that empowers you on your journey of liberation and healing. Working from an intersectional, somatic, and integrative approach, our work together is guided by what your needs are. My work is informed by therapeutic yoga, polyvagal theory, mind-body approaches, internal family systems (IFS), and is gender affirming and trauma-informed. I am a trauma-informed therapeutic yoga teacher and incorporate this into therapeutic work.

I get the honor of witnessing courageous humans with tender hearts doing their very best to navigate turbulent waters, uplift themselves (and others), and roll up their sleeves to find themselves through grief, pain, and the challenges and beauty of living. Social systems thrive on us believing that our bodies are broken, fragmented, in need of fixing, or lacking in any way. For this reason, learning to feel and live in loving relationship with our bodies is a radical act. It’s also one that leads to our liberation. How wonderful to not spend time and energy thinking about what our bodies look like, an
