About My Clients
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and groups of all ages. Currently my focus has been treating women who struggle with anxiety, depression, illness, self-esteem, trauma, parenting, relationship issues, family conflicts, and coping with their other life challenges.
My Background and Approach
I believe that everyone has the potential to change and improve with encouragement, accountability, and support. I meet clients exactly where they are in their unique journey and help them focus and build on their strengths while working through their challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I self-identify as a Christian, Black Latina, Woman, Mama Bear, Hope Dealer, and Truth Teller. I support the Black Lives Matter movement. I am an ally of the LGBTQ community. My clients can be expected to be treated with respect with no judgement, just honest helpful feedback and advice.
