About My Clients
Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can begin. Every person has the capacity for resilience and meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we explore your experiences,
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Veteran, and mental health professional with more than 12 years of experience, I've worked with individuals across community mental health, residential treatment, psychiatric settings, home-based services, and crisis care. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your struggles, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you move toward greater peace, confidence, and lasting emotional wellness. I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, self-esteem challenges, cultural concerns, or major life transitions, we'll develop practical skills that support healing long after therapy ends.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, practical, and centered around you—not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. Every person brings a unique story, and my role is to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and help you create meaningful change at a pace that feels right.
