About My Clients
Many clients I work with struggle with managing work, relationships, or family responsibilities while privately carrying anxiety, depression, self-doubt, grief, or repeating patterns that don’t yet make sense. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what you’re carrying, and move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with over two decades of experience in the mental health field. My background includes work in community mental health, crisis settings, and outpatient therapy, which has given me experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, and significant life transitions. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating attachment wounds, grief, marital strain, identity questions, and emotional dysregulation. My clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who can hold both structure and empathy at the same time. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are far more capable than they sometimes feel especially when stress, trauma, or shame cloud their view of themselves. Most symptoms make sense when we slow down enough to understand the story behind them. I believe therapy works best when it balances honesty with safety. Growth doesn’t come from pressure or criticism. It comes from awareness, accountability, and steady support. I believe relationships matter. The way we connect or struggle to connect often traces back to earlier experiences that shaped how safe we feel being close to others. Understanding those patterns creates space for change. I also believe therapy should empower you. My goal isn’t to create dependence, but to help you strengthen your internal compass so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
