My Background and Approach
At the core of my practice is the belief that our lives matter, and that we all have the ability to continuously grow, change and find joy. Resilience and Mindfulness are core skills you can expect to learn, and you will find a more authentic and meaningful way of approaching challenges through our time together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life is a journey and curiosity and openness are the best compass. The human capacity for growth is only limited by our fears, assumptions and beliefs. Which means, once we understand our fears, and learn to examine our assumptions and beliefs we can create new opportunities for living more fuller more meaningful lives for ourselves. I also believe that personal growth and understanding should be accessible for everyone, and at any time. Not just when you are in distress, but before. Building preventative skills like stronger self-awareness, understanding our emotional barriers and resilience can challenge ourselves to grow, and are vital skills to living authentic and meaningful lives.
