About My Clients
My clients are seeking a space to be empowered through the counseling experience. My clients are motivated and are prepared to be an equal partner in the therapeutic relationship. Clients typically seek improvement in management of trauma symptoms, relationship pattens, and long term management of anxiety and addiction.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR and Gottman Couples Therapy. I approach each client as the expert on themselves and work to engage each client in the therapeutic process. I work to be straight forward and giving clients tangible growth in the reasons they are seeking therapy.
