My Background and Approach
I am a licensed professional counselor and have been in practice for over 7 years. I have experience with all different walks of life and ages. I have worked with employees of companies and their families across the country and currently work at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and School of Dental Medicine as their mental health therapist. I utilize multiple therapy models but favor Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
