My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping individuals navigate the challenges of adolescence and early adulthood, drawing on his expertise in stress management, coping strategies for anxiety and depression, social and emotional development, and fostering healthy relationships. I equips my clients with practical tools and techniques to build resilience and confidence as they move through the demands of their educational journey and beyond. I have over 10 years experience as a school counselor and 6 years as an LPC.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal experience with chronic illness, specifically my journey with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), a congenital heart defect provides me with a unique empathy and perspective, allowing me the ability to offer specialized support to individuals dealing with chronic illnesses or health challenges.
