I provide individual psychotherapy to teens and adults struggling with Sexual Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Behavioral Issues, Stress, Infidelity, and Relationships. I believe curiosity and acceptance, instead of hiding in fear and shame, provides self-acceptance and consequently relief. I take a compassionate, curious stance in my approach to treatment. I work within an exploratory Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework. I consider becoming familiar with and learning to tolerate complex emotions crucial to achieving wholeness.
