About My Clients
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection from themselves and others. I have a special interest in men’s mental health, nervous system regulation, trauma healing, group work, and supporting individuals experiencing misophonia and other nervous system-based sensitivities.
My Background and Approach
I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University and bring more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world before entering the counseling profession. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic, integrating psychodynamic, Jungian, somatic, mindfulness-based, family systems, existential, and experiential approaches. I support clients in exploring the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and bodily experiences that shape their lives, with an emphasis on inner and outer transformation, meaning-making, and healing.
